Abstract
This brief article on eco-relaxation features peer-reviewed research, restoring attention and
focusing on lowering anxiety and stress levels for individuals who experience neurodiverse
conditions like ADHD. In addition, eco-relaxation is a technique that aims to help children, adults, psychotherapists, and coaches benefit from relaxing in green and blue spaces. This paper refers to the limitations and barriers to help make eco-relaxation more inclusive and diverse towards different cultures.
